Very happy with the work and professionalism of Dean and his team in emergency replacement house roof. He came to inspect the roof (a couple of days before Christmas) when heavy persistent rainfall caused upstairs ceiling to drip. The roof was in very bad repair. His team worked extremely hard long hours to get the new roof installed before the next storm rolled in. Dean always responded promptly to communication. His team were professional and polite. There is a 10 year guarantee in the new roof. Very happy with the work and definitely recommend.

I found a considerable leak in my loft and put up an emergency advert on CAT. Dean called me a couple of hours later on a Saturday to discuss the job and he came to visit the next day on a Sunday. We booked in a repair for Tuesday 2 days later, with scaffolding going up the previous day. It was all organised very quickly with Dean always replying to messages within the hour. The roof got stripped, all battens and felt replaced and tiles re-laid within 8 hours. Scaffolding got taken away 2 days later. Absolutely over the moon with Dean and his services.

From the outset, communication was very good. The job was more complicated than first thought due to construction and us being situated on a curved terrace. The job was done in January, with rain, snow and ice, all causing problems. Despite this, Dean and Luke carried on and completed the job well, explaining everything as they went along. They were polite and friendly to deal with, to the extent that they have just replaced our next door neighbour's roof. I really appreciated Nick's professionalism. He and his apprentice (kudos for taking on an apprentice too) did a great job. It was a tricky fix that another tradesperson hadn't managed to fix after 3 attempts, and there was a limit to how good it could be due to factors on the neighbouring property that couldn't be resolved. He fully tested the fix he put in place and it works just as he described and doesn't overflow in heavy rain. Would definitely use again!

We booked in and Dean and Luke started the job at the date arranged. They work well together, they worked hard and completed the job to a very high standard in some very windy conditions! Over the Christmas period I discovered a leak in my loft space, I contacted dean at main line roofing and even tho it was Christmas Eve he come straight out to take a look. After investigating the leak he found the source of the issue and with the roofing yards being closed he done a temporary fix free of charge.
